My first time. I wanted a simple trim of long hair but got one that's not what I expected. It doesn't look as good as my previous cuts even though I typically tell the stylist the same thing. There was some unevenness. Originally gave it a lower review but the owner called and offered to fix it for me for free. I appreciate the customer service. The price is great though.
Rachel was my barber she was very very good and very professional she paid attention to the details and gave me a great hair cut and beard trim would recommend this place to everyone come see rachel she is great
Rachel is the best hair dresser I have ever went to in my entire life. I have been getting my haircut by her since I moved back to Maryland in 2018. She does an amazing job cutting my hair. She also does an outstanding job blending my hair with color and still leaves some gray so my hair color looks natural.
I always receive numerous compliments on my hair after I get a haircut! The entire staff at Clips & Cutz are very nice and extremely professional.
