I was Very pleased with that professionalism of the gentleman that picked up that rugs, gave me an estimate and returned the rugs. Not necessarily in the order. I think it took about two weeks. I was in no rush. I have cleaned these rugs in the past and I could clearly see the difference in the method of cleaning that Rug Kare uses. Prices were competitive. I called to thank the owner the same day I received the rugs back. I will definitely utilize the service again. Don't hesitate.“
