Had a very odd situation - something had crawled into the HVAC duct and was skittering around in the vent next to our in home HVAC unit.I called Annihilators Inc., spoke with the office manager and she had the owner call me back within ten minutes. He advised me to get an HVAC guy to take a look at the problem.Very responsive and scrupulously honest - any problems I have going forward Annihilators Inc will be my go to company.
