I have been going to Traci for years. She rescued me after I tried to D.I.Y. Color with disastrous results. I had a meeting the next day and foolishly tried to “touch up” my hair with home highlights. It was a nightmare & I had successfully done it numerous times prior to this event. She helps guide you on deciding what you want, not pushing her style on you. She is talented, professional, courteous, & friendly. She is not scissor-happy. If you ask for a minimal trim, you do NOT get surprised with a full cut. The nightmare of finding your trim is a 3 inch cut is over.

Two really good women work the salon ... Traci has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. In the "age of Covid-19," they take care of managing the schedule of their clientel (extremely well)!

Tracey is the best! I actually started going to Hair Secrets, and Tracey, because my husband gets his hair cut with her and is always super happy with it. (He's picky ?) I love the highlight/lowlight job Tracey did for me a few weeks ago. Highly recommend
