We were a loyal customer to Advanced Solar - however, we reported 2 of our panels were damaged due to poor installation and he was to replace these (under warranty) - however he has failed to do this - we have been trying to contact him since 2021 - which of course was during COV-ID but now it is over with and we still haven't heard from him - plus he failed to submit paperwork to government agencies for us - we have lost credits because when these 2 panels died - it shut off box and now - no readings - we have contacted other contractors and they will not touch his work - please we need the help - Darrell has health issues and not well and all of this is has put a strain on his health - we paid good money for all the solar we have and it has helped with bills but???
