Had an issue with a gas leak in our newly installed fireplace. Called the office. They returned my call before they opened the next day and were at my place before noon to correct the issue. Great service. Would recommend.

Trinity Chimney did a big job for us to demolish an existing fireplace and hearth which was very ugly and to re-face with a material of our choice, and lastly to install a free standing wood stove that I purchased from Woodstock soapstone co. Trinity chimney also noticed that the chimney was not tall enough and would not draft correctly. They also raised the chimney by a few courses of block to meet code and to make the stove draw correctly. Overall The project turned out about as good as I could have hoped, you can see the before and after pictures. I would certainly recommend Trinity chimney for any size of project. Trinity's crew of professionals carefully diagnosed a furnance vent pipe leak issue that was not routine, created an action plan, tracked down the OEM parts, and completed the repair. During a follow-up inspection, they decided a bit more shingle work was needed for the original repair and are scheduling a roofer to do those repairs. The follow-up inspection informed us about future work that we might plan on. During the entire process, they kept us informed by email, text, and/or voice. Quality work by great individuals at a fair price. Will contract with them again if or when an appropriate need arises.
