My experience at the Salt Sanctuary of Maryland was AMAZING! This was my 1st time here and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk through the door you are embraced by the tranquil and inviting environment. The owner **La** radiates positive energy and exudes a calm and peaceful demeanor that lets you know you will be well cared for. I also had the privilege of being placed in the gifted hands of **Grace** for a massage. Due to my disability, I’m very selective in doing massages, however, during the introductory period with Grace I could tell that she was more than capable of handling my unique situation and she did not disappoint. This was my first time for Salt therapy and I enjoyed it. I booked an appointment on their website easily!
Make sure to note the times for the days and times to reflect the service you want when choosing on the reservation calendar as they do have other services such as acupuncture, yoga (with and without salt therapy, massage, etc.
The location is on the back, lower part of the retail strip and was easy to find.

This was my 1st time at the Salt Sanctuary of Maryland. It exceeded my expectation. We celebrated my best friend's birthday by just relaxing and rejuvenating ourselves in the Salt Room. It was so peaceful! The space was calm and inviting, and the staff was helpful. La Stone, the owner, is awesome and is a pleasure to talk to. She has such a sweet spirit and makes you feel welcome! I can't wait to go back again next weekend!
