PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want it to get crazy busy! We took my son last night for ear pain. We got there around 8:00 pm and were amazed to see an empty waiting room. We were greeted with a friendly and helpful front staff that showed us how to check in. We were taken back by the medical assistant in no time to a room. Asked some questions and then the nurse practitioner came in and did her exam. A diagnosis was made and we were out of there, I'd say, within the hour. Came to urgent care with my son. Called ahead of time and they accepted our insurance. It was a very quick in and out. The receptionist was not so friendly as I was having trouble with my older phone browser to fill out the paperwork online. It was inconvenient for her to manually check us in and take our information.

Being new to the country my son has no primary care provider hence I followed the reviews and came to PM Columbia, the whole staff, the Miss at the reception and Dr Brenin were absolutely amazing and so so helpful and kind, they treated my son for wheezing and allergies and Dr Brenin answered all of my concerns regarding the medication and treatment for my 6 year old son. I would recommend all parents to come here especially when anxiety kicks in for our kids health !!Thankyou so much!
