Tim did not save me once, but twice! I had the ultimate stretch...the BEST ever after pulling muscles in my neck and shoulders because of how I slept on my pillow--one time in July and today August 11th. I walked out feeling amazing, like nothing ever happened. I am hooked on using my membership for Total Body Stretch. Facials are awesome as well at this location. If you are not a member...join! The main difference between the various Massage Envy stores is the energy and effort. I've been to several in three different states, and I can say that this is an excellent Massage Envy. Melitab was my esthetician, and I was surprised at how young she is! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. My skin had suddenly flared up, due to me moving from a completely different climate than MD. On 6/14/25, I had an appointment for a PCA SKIN Brightening 90 Min Facial with NSeya at the Columbia, MD location. From the moment I walked in, NSeya created such a warm and welcoming environment. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained each step of the process with care and expertise. The facial was not only relaxing, but my skin felt incredibly soft and looked incredible afterward. Her passion for skincare and people truly shines through and I would highly recommend her.
