I simply do not have enough good things to say about this company! We are new homeowners to a house with a lot of things we don't understand and issues we didn't expect. JA Smith has been INCREDIBLE in not only helping us through our plumbing issues, but taking the time to explain things we aren't sure about. Sharon is lovely to speak to and always helpful. Greg spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining how a boiler worked! And Rich has saved us twice now - we have only lived there 3 weeks! Cannot recommend JA Smith enough!

Had these folks out here take care of three or so plumbing issues. They were highly recommended by trusted friend and business partner. They came out at the time they said they would, Rick and Mike were as pleasant as could be. Very polite, told me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it and why they were doing it. Repaired everything that they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
