“Third time I've used CRI and cannot recommend them enough. First time, they did some work on the roof. Second time they fixed some loose aluminum siding and this time they installed new gutters on the whole house, downspouts in new locations, kick outs and splash guards. Each time they have done an amazing job and I will be doing business with them again (I already have the next projects picked out). For the gutter install, Joe came out and walked the property and gave me suggestions for the locations of new downspouts (the new drain pipes were installed by a local landscaping company). Melissa, in the office, was able to schedule the job quickly and Jose and his assistant were on site 45 minutes EARLY (this, by the way, has happened every time CRI has come to the house for a morning job). Jose gave me an estimate for how long the job would take and he finished ahead of schedule. He cleaned up everything and then walked the property with a giant magnet to pick up any loose screws (I still double checked the driveway and patio with my own giant magnet because I've punctured too many tires after running over the screw that got away...).

“We had a phenomenal experience with McDowell’s Chimney Service. We had interesting issues with our chimney, including a water leak and possible structural issues. We had two companies come for an inspection, McDowell’s being the second. Rich and his partner came from McDowell’s. They were very professional and their recommendations for us were much simpler, and less expensive than the first company. “Very professional crew , that was able to walk me thru the process of getting my roof replaced making a insurance claim due to damage from a storm . Was fixed in a timely manner and they upgraded my shingles to an architectural shingles that look better and and last longer . They were able to deal with my home owners insurance company directly . After I made the initial claim they took care of the rest . My roof looks great and I get many compliments from friends when they come over . Highly recommended and will be referring them to all my friends and colleagues. Then a week later we had another storm blow thru and a big tree branch fell on my detached garage and put a hole in my garage roof . I called and told them and he sent his crew out and they fixed immediately at no charge .“
