I have been taking my pets here on and off for some years now. With my current cat, the service here has been exceptional. The staff at the front desk is polite, and accomodating. You can feel that they care about the animals that come in. The doctor is amazing as well, bringing up points and concerns that I may not be aware of. They always give me options and never force me to purchase a service, as well as explaining all charges that will be due for each visit (no surprises). With my cat's most recent accident, they have been very attentive to his changes and needs, and they address all concerns during each visit. It started with scheduling the appointment. Kyra was absolutely amazing as she gave so much information to ensure all questions were answered. She was friendly, professional, and helpful. Now…..on to the actual appointment. The techs and the doctor were very kind. They made the experience a seamless one. They explained the process, as well as the plan moving forward, in a very easy-to-understand format. I am glad my son, Joshua, and I found them and will continue to take our new “family member” for his care. We definitely recommend!
What a wonderful veterinary clinic. The staff were caring and extremely pleasant, and the office and exam room were clean and comfortable.
