I gave them a 4. The time before I was in Lee helped me. He was courteous and kind. Very helpful. I thank him for this and for doing a wonderful job. I was there today to retrieve my glasses and he helped me again. He also gave me some useful knowledge. I appreciate that. I hope the staff will take it easy on him being that he is quite new. I had my first appointment at this practice yesterday and had a great experience! Everyone was super friendly and the vibes were immaculate with their music choices (Disney Channel and 90s bops). Dr. Mok was very thorough and made me feel validated with the issues I have been experiencing.

Just noticed I had an eye problem Thursday afternoon. Called at 4:30 on Thursday when their schedule says they are open until 5PM and got a recording twice. Their web page (despite what the recording says) does not have office hours. Friday they do not open until 12 noon.
