“The very first review of this company cannot be correct. There are many companies with the name "Prestige". I am certain that this review is not for Prestige Home Improvement and Plumbing. I have used this company for 17 years!! Steve and Jim are the lead guys. They are super trustworthy and will not start a job until they know they can finish it. If there should be any kind of delay, you are notified ahead of time and understand why. They finish what they start in a very timely manner. The work is EXCELLENT!! I felt comfortable leaving Steve and Jim in my home while I worked. THEY ARE THE BEST!!They built an entire addition on my home in 2001 and have done many jobs for me since then. You can call them for any job! They have installed hot water tanks for me, replaced toilets, redone bathrooms, repaired siding, and built decks. I have referred them to many neighbors and friends who have also been very happy.“

“We commend the services AVS performed on our home's well system last week. Bottom line: INCREDIBLE JOB! Mike replaced our 29-yr-old well pump - and the new one is working fabulously now. Things were a little scary the first couple of days after replacement, because the pump was tripping off after several minutes of run-time, and was sending up gobs of rusty mud into our system. But now that a week has gone by, and the well has settled down, the pump is running excellently, the water is clean, and the well output is fantastic. I just ran a test this morning, resulting in the pump running trip-free for 30mins at wide-open throttle (6.5gpm @50psi), sending up clean water. And this means that the well itself is yielding good - amazing after 30 yrs. So, things are not scary anymore, and my wife and I are now satisfied that our water system is in great shape and is reliable. That's a good thing, because we are going to be visited by several house guests later this month who will be using a lot of water. Anyway, we want to thank AVS for doing a magnificent job, and we want to particularly recognize Mike for his extremely personalized attention to our situation... he helped us stay grounded through the "scary" time. His professional knowledge in wells and plumbing is impressive. And his friendly & jovial attitude was a breath of fresh air. We'll be sure to tell our friends and neighbors about AVS and the good work you do!“

“Started with receptionist I appreciate who were very prompt and continue followed up with needs of units that will fit to my space for over 2 month with her contacts.Appointment day of installation,They were on time from Baltimore to Falls Church Virginia. I had heating pump/Compressor Replaced by this company on May 22, 2024, it was hotest day of the month.Technicians name Ashton and Nick worked real hard to replace my very old HVAC unit in my condo. They faced some challenges to removing old units, Imstalled a new unit in very small limited space in my closet. They answers to all my questions and never complained about work they performed. And patiently and thoroughly finished their job! I am very pleased and grateful to their hard work and they definitely deserve FIVE star or more!
