“Dr. Sam is truly a lifesaver!

I have been involved in combat sports for most of my life, in 2022 I suffered a severe concussion and neck injury from collegiate wrestling which promptly ended my athletic career. For almost 3 years I was forced to be physically inactive due to the amount of pain and discomfort from my head and neck, I couldn’t go as far as to take a light walk or jog without being in excruciating pain. After going through multiple doctors finding no answers, I was on the verge of giving up on my health.

It wasn’t until Fall of 2024 that I met Dr. Sam when things started to turn around in my overall health and physical wellbeing. Dr. Sam is well versed in martial arts and combat sports, so he understands the ins and outs of what these athletes may deal with. This made a huge difference in my case, it was easy to relate to him and he well understood my situation more than any other specialist had been able to previously.

Dr. Sam’s treatment plan was phenomenal, I was provided with information and tips that I never would have imagined before meeting him. I really like how he made our treatment plan geared towards me and my personal goals. This made my health and physical journey feel highly valued. Within the first couple of months I already started seeing improvements in my physical ability.

His positive feedback, fascinating insight, and ability to communicate well with others made my time with him a positive experience. After each session, no matter what we worked on, I felt like I had accomplished something.

At the start of this journey I couldn’t run for more than 5 minutes without feelings of dizziness, pain, and other various concussion symptoms. As of today I am back to full training, I am able to do the things I enjoy again without pain, and I am even considering competing in martial arts! None of this would be possible without the support of Dr. Sam and Prime Physical Therapy.
