Pat was amazing! My situation was a little rough to start with, but he walked me through every step. Even when the sellers threw in one monkey wrench after another, Pat made sure I had the info I needed and he did all the work to make things work for me. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly and he was a pleasure to work with. 5 stars! Definitely recommend!
