“Although at the time I hadn’t used Design Flow we had no working AC. The reviews looked good so I thought I’d give them a try. They were able to come out within an hour from my call which I greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for the tech to find & fix the issue. He explained the issues I may face in the future. He was very thorough and neat in his work. He’s obviously had lots of training and knows our system. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very personable and helpful. It was a pleasure speaking to them. I feel I made the right choice.“

“I originally utilized their services back in June 2023. Because of a roof inspection it was uncovered that the dryer vent was clogged. I contacted Duct Doctor and they sent a team to inspect the drier vent as well. Because the vent was very clogged, they agreed to clean it again; they felt that the previous cleaning was not completed properly. As a result there was no charge. This strengthens the integrity of the Duct Doctor business and I will definitely use them again. Kudos to Nitin“

“I used Nagler to clean my ducts and then encapsulate the ducts inside to keep the ducts clean. They also put a biocide to knock out any pathogens in the ducts. They did a great job. Their techs were professional and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this company! They also included before and after pics inside the ducts which was awesome.“

It would be a shame if your video of you driving to prevent that van from changing lanes and speeding up and also tailgating on route 40 by the golf course and your ravens tag number be displayed along with the video. Don't be mad when someone on 4 th if July is working and going home and your just being a road pirate and an aggressive driver. If you thought that was true then you would have called Howard county police but you couldn't because you saw the camera after you passed the van and tried to run him off the road. “We are long time customers of Comfort Temp Heating & Cooling. They installed our heat pump and central a/c at our home over 14 years ago. Had them come out to service and repair our system a couple times and feel they are honest and their rates are fair. We also had them install 3 mini split ductless units in two of our commercial rentals within the past year and we are pleased with the end results.
