Although at the time I hadn’t used Design Flow we had no working AC. The reviews looked good so I thought I’d give them a try. They were able to come out within an hour from my call which I greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for the tech to find & fix the issue. He explained the issues I may face in the future. He was very thorough and neat in his work. He’s obviously had lots of training and knows our system. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very personable and helpful. It was a pleasure speaking to them. I feel I made the right choice.
It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience dealing with Design Flow HVAC. Everything from setting up the appointment to the quick response to the expert repair service and fair pricing was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
Very pleased with everyone @ Design Flow, from our call to Tasha when our AC stopped working, we were able to get an appointment right away. Sammy came out and looked at our issue, but unfortunately our unit was shot and needed to be replaced, but could take about a week, so they brought in floor AC units to get us through. Received a quote that same night from Brian & Christian, Christian was very helpful in helping us make our decision. We settled on a unit and install was scheduled the following week.
