I'd prefer them to tell me where I can save, not for me to have to ask them if I can write something typical off

We’ve used this service for several years for basic taxes and it was very helpful. This year a change in our tax status left us with a lot of questions. Unfortunately, our main contact has chosen to either give us very little information or blown off the question. We’ll be looking for a new service for 2020 taxes.
