The quality of work is top notch !!, All the crew who work for Bay brothers are professional and very detailed. Aaron is one of a kind. They got my roof done in such amazing way and I went ahead and signed a contract with them to replace my windows. I would like to recommend Bay Brothers Co for a new roof, gutters or siding. They use trustworthy proven products (as well as others) which offer guarantees on products and labor. When hail damage was discovered on my roof, Bay Brothers worked with my insurance company to confirm this damage to my roof and gutters and thus each were financed by my insurance. From Aaron B****, Executive Director climbing up on my roof for the preliminary inspection and discovering hail damage, to Keith from Bay Brothers who hand carried me through the first part of the process by writing the initial contact, tweaking it when discovering other preliminary issues still needed to be addressed and then reviewing and negotiating those additional issues with my insurance adjuster. The insurance company was resistant and it was not a swift process but Keith made sure it was negotiated to the best of his ability. He was patient and explained each step of the process. Josiah B**** made sure the work was scheduled and coordinated with each of the different people involved. There were many factors to consider such as weather, Covid delaying the availability of products and labor availability. Josiah kept me informed so I would know when to expect the work to be accomplished. Jeffrey was a delight to work with. He was responsive and made sure the roof, gutters and downspout were installed to my satisfaction. Tameana, additionally provided amazing customer service each step of the way. Bay Brothers selected competent professionals to 1. drop off the tiles, 2. install the roof and 3. apply the gutters. Each step, those professionals cleaned up the surroundings of my property before they left. I would highly recommend Bay Brothers Company.
