Phenomenal! Steve combines modern day technologies with what I would describe as old fashion customer service. Steve met us for a walk and talk with less than 24 hrs notice. He patiently answered questions in terms we could understand and I was able to use what he taught me as we looked at additional properties. We called Steve again when it was time for a full home inspection. We arrived early and he was already on site working. He still took the time to point things out (positive and negative) along with how to do simple fixes ourselves and which ones need licensed contractors. He explained how the report would read vs terms we would understand. The report is beautiful but it doesn't stop there. He continues to answer my random questions without making me feel like a nuisance. During such a stressful time, it is refreshing to have something go so smoothly.

Steve was an amazing inspector. He was very thorough and knowledgeable! Within the hour of my home inspection being booked Steve reached out to touch base. Everything was explained well as we walked through the home after he completed his inspection. The report was available for review in a matter of a couple of hours after the inspection. Money well spent and would use Vulcan Inspections again as well as recommend to family and friends! Thanks to our realtor Katrina O. Benjamin (KB) for finding us an awesome inspector!
