Karen, Toni and Gina have been great sending caring folks to care for my mother-in-law. The caregivers did everything asked of them and it has been a blessing to have Synergy alongside as mother-in-law's needs changed when dementia set in.

SYNERGY HomeCare provided competent care for my wife during her illness with dementia from March 2022 until her passing in October 2023. Her primary caregiver Melanie provided tender loving and compassionate care during the week day. Her weekend providers Amma and Ashleigh were also kind and caring. My wife was confined to a hospital bed during her illness. SYNERGY caregivers provided special skills in bathing and dressing her in the hospital bed. Karen and her staff were very proactive to any of my concerns or staffing needs. Christine helped in arranging to have Hospice on board during my wife's illness

My mom's dementia has been an ongoing adventure - her needs have gradually changed over time, and her behavior changes more often with her being alternately sweet and combative. Its not an easy job, but Synergy has always worked to stay on top of the situation and provide us with the right caregiver for the right phase of Mom's decline. I have worked with other companies in the past and wouldn't go back. You can be sure theyll do their best for you.
