Fast, communicative, and professional. Got our well pump working within minutes, replaced the pressure gauge, and shared all observations. Scott could’ve charge a couple hundred just for the house visit but chose not to charge at all. Honest people.
We were referred to Roger & Sons by a neighbor who has also had great experiences with them for multiple well jobs. We recently purchased a home in Charles County, MD and quickly found our existing well pump was tired. After being quoted by two other companies, we were happy to have found Scott. I called on January 29th and by February 3rd the job was complete. Scott was prompt, professional, transparent, and fair. He physically came out to assess our needs and got back to us within a day with a quote for the work.
