This company worked through and with our realtor make the necessary changes, repairs, and cleaning in preparing our property in Maryland for sale. To the credit of all involved, the sale closed within six weeks of the house being emptied of our belongings and just one month after the property was listed for sale. The company representative, Oliver, listened carefully and explained anything I asked about during our initial walk-through. The company worked quickly and the house was ready and on the market in about two weeks. The clean up was thorough and the home showed well.
