He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Although my first experience was extremely disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. Johnny and Carissa turned my initial experience around and made it much better. Because of their genuine efforts, I have since removed my initial Google review, as my subsequent experience was great, and I look forward to a continued relationship.“

“I highly recommend Tech Nails. The people who work there are very nice and it is such a lovely space, full of plants. You can make appointments online. You can pay and tip with a card. They also have Venmo options available. Jennie is very good at designs and they don't mind you asking for artwork. The prices are average for the area. They do such great work! I usually wait too long in between appointments and I almost always break a nail. I haven't broken one yet with their work. They really take their time and do high quality work that lasts!
