The staff are so friendly and inviting. Natalie was absolutely amazing. She listened to my request (haircut), provided recommendations and meticulously provided the best cut (providing feedback and recommendations as she worked her magic). A true professional.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.
