I had the pleasure of working with Rick for my first plumbing issue since purchasing my first home. He is so personable and offers very fair pricing. The problem I encountered was related to my well water and a severely clogged tankless water heater, causing sand to flow from the taps throughout the house.Rick flushed the tankless water heater, and what I appreciated most was his willingness to explain the process to me.
