Brian,Luis and Ronald very professional nailed the encapsulation and new insulation in the attic and the main problem got rid of all the mold ! Bought the house didn’t know what I got into but these guys took care of it for me ! Pricey but worth it

My experience with Total Home Performance was excellent. The team that was assigned to my home was led by Pablo. From the first day, they were at my home by 8:30 am and worked steady the entire day. They were respectful of my home and at the end of the day cleaned up ever thing inside and outside. Pablo explained each day and during the day what the team were going to be doing and what things I could expect such as odor from the insulation to the creaking of the house as they were leveling the house.
