The owner, John, was very responsive when I reached out and invited me to come check out a few classes. What I found when I arrived was a great facility with plenty of mat space, and a very talented and articulate head instructor. The students are friendly, the jiu jitsu is great, and I can’t wait to come back next summer. I trained with The Lab for three weeks, and John wouldn’t even let me pay him. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a place to train in the Easton area.“
