We can’t recommend Knox & Sons highly enough. Three generations of the Knox family (and others) have worked on our HVAC and plumbing systems. Always proficient and professional. I’ve even referred my friends and neighbors to them, and Knox provided incredibly prompt service in an emergency to a totally new customer. When it came time to replace our failing HVAC units, we trusted Knox to price out, order, manage and install a geo-thermal system that is so much more efficient! We had a spectacular experience with James E. Knox and Son.Really "experiences" since they came out twice and addressed four issues we had in a home we purchased in the Saint Michaels corridor which has six heating/cooling zones, and was significantly out-of-balance (among other pressing issues).Quick turn-around, efficient, reasonably priced problem-solvers.Chad Knox was responsive, courteous, and highly professional.
