Very reliable family run company in Easton. Knox is my go to for anything plumbing. They are responsive, knowledgeable and always ready to help whether small or large. I appreciate having this relationship.
We had a spectacular experience with James E. Knox and Son.Really "experiences" since they came out twice and addressed four issues we had in a home we purchased in the Saint Michaels corridor which has six heating/cooling zones, and was significantly out-of-balance (among other pressing issues).Quick turn-around, efficient, reasonably priced problem-solvers.Chad Knox was responsive, courteous, and highly professional. A real pro. Very customer-oriented. So much more so than the other two companies we contacted. Outstanding company, great experience, solved some significant HVAC problems in short order and cost-effectively. I recommend without reservation to anyone and everyone. Tim Van Horn in particular is an exceptionally good service provider. And Chad Knox was a pleasure to deal with -- responsive, professional, courteous. A+ in my book.
