When we had a terrible experience with Porter Dental and Orthodontics, The Brace Place took over our care immediately and turned that experience around into a luxury visit! The consultation was free, which we appreciate after already paying for braces at the last place we went to. They got my daughter an appointment immediately and we learned so many things that we did not know about being a braces patient! Dr. Cruise and his staff have such wonderful personalities and it is such a pleasant inviting environment to walk into. They replaced my child's brackets the same day and we left our appointment with a SMILE! They have taken my child's continued care for her braces, and we are so excited about the rewards program and incentives they have benefiting our community and oral care and fun!
