I’ve been going to Dr Z for a while he knows his stuff! Very professional and informative! He treats u like family! He gets along with his patients and talks to them ! I would definitely recommend going to him !

I fell when I was pregnant almost 30 years ago, After my daughter was born, the pain was agonizing, I went through MRIs, X-rays, physical therapy, nerve testing, pain killers, and finally a spine surgeon at Hopkins wanted to do “exploratory surgery”. I ran as fast as I could out of that exam room! I was told by a friend to try her chiropractor, she told me that they are not the “witch doctors” anymore and many insurances actually pay for these REAL docs now. I gave this chiropractor in Towson a try, and had so much pain relief for the first time in my life in a very long time. I have been to about 4 different chiropractors over the last 30 some years and Dr.Z is by far the best one. Unfortunately, getting older has also played a huge factor in my pain, so pain management is key. After Dr. Z adjusts me, I walk out of the exam room almost floating and pain free just like 30 years ago. Best chiropractor ever!!!!

I’ve had back pain for over a year. My Dr. suggested exercising more. I tried, and just kept working thru the pain. So my husband suggested Dr. Z., he went to him and sang his praises. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. After my first appointment, I went out in my car and cried....tears of joy! The agonizing pain was gone! Yes, I told my husband that he was right. By far this is one of the best things I have ever done in my life! I truly feel like a new woman, no pain! Thank you so much Dr. Z for having that magic touch! 👍🏻👍🏻❤️
