I needed three windows replaced! Eastern Shore Vacation Rental (ESVR) hired Clarrion home repair of Easton Md to replace them. After they were installed, one window was not operable and would not open. I contacted VRBO and Clarrion to replace or repair? After many months, Pella Window Techs came to the rescue and repaired the window. Unfortunately, Clarrion never checked to see if they worked after the installation 6 months ago. Then harrased everyone for payment. I would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible. Provided a quote, did mediocre work, then tripled the bill. Attempted to charge me for "extra" hours they didn't actually work, new tools for his crew, and extra materials, quality of work was low, and the schedule slipped exponentially. Specifics below. Specifics: They regularly showed up around 8:30-9:00, took an hour lunch and left around 3:00-3:30. So, about a 6 hour day of actual work. He tried to charge me for full 8 hour days at $50 per hour per person - at least $200 extra per day. They broke an old shovel on my project. Totally admitted that it was an old shovel used on many jobs. But the logic was that because it broke at my house I had to buy them a new one, so they put a $60 extra charge on my bill. What shovel costs that much anyways? They charged me for an extra valve for the bathtub at $150 - now I have two. The drywall was so poorly done I spent a week fixing it up myself - bubbles and ridges everywhere. The door installation was so bad I had to take it out and redo it myself. And finally, he told me the job would take 5 days. I totally understand that that isn't written in stone, but they didn't finish the job for 5 weeks. All in all, a disaster of an experience that I hope others won't have to endure. Recommend looking elsewhere.
