“Sierra did my full set of lashes and my spray tan before vacation and I have never had this good of service and long lasting lashes! The spray tan even lasted longer than expected even though I went to a water park and also a pool with tons of chlorine! My lashes are going on a good few weeks and they still look good. I am amazed and extremely happy the initial service as well! Sierra is very professional, knowledgeable, so nice and also easy to talk to during the session! “(Saving the name for last lol) Definitely not a new new customer but the customer service I received from this very knowledgeable employee I felt this was more than necessary. I went in Coco Buns the Bowleys quarters location last night I got there very late like 9:52 to be exact and I was not expecting really any phenomenal service knowing it was closing and she probably wanted to go home but what I was confronted with was some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time she proceeded to inform me that my Valentines days promo was over and than proceeded to tell me about every promo they run daily through out the week including the refer a friend incentive. I am 31 years old I have had tanning memberships at multiple tanning salons but the knowledge she spoke of from what level beds are good for different nationalities etc Irish vs native American.from where to start meaning what bed level and what's the burn percentage of the higher level beds I've been to this location a few times before normally the associate looks at me and says less time so you don't burn never have I ever received the information whether it be past employees didn't know or they didn't care to explain. Btw the beautiful, knowledgeable and best customer service representative at this location her name is Riley. If there is anything I can do to help her get more recognized for her above and beyond efforts please reply back to this review and I will do whatever to help her because she deserves to be recognized! “I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything ever but I HAD TO for this. I came here because I missed my color in Florida and one of the managers was a client at my current job. I knew nothing about spray or bed tanning. Every single staff member I have met has answered my long (annoying) list of questions each time and they are all extremely knowledgeable. I don’t remember everyone’s names but Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable as well as Taylor and Maddi. They give me suggestions from experience and don’t pressure me to buy anything. They are so nice and so helpful every single time I come in.
