I have used Pinnacle for our large church building twice. We loved the sanctuary A/C so well we had them come out the next year and do the social hall. I have had them come to my house and put a whole new system in replacing my 1950's floor unit. All new system with ductwork and second story split unit. They were great and right on the money compared to other companies'. I would highly recommend them to others, in fact I have and these people were happy also.
