“I really liked Lee light active physical therapy. 3 people there particularly particularly are are excellent at their jobs and making you feel welcome. As well as getting you back to a full recovery. These 3 peoples names are, Jesal, Jeff, and Nataly. They not only treated me perfectly they also treated my daughters the same way when I had to bring them with me right after school....... I wish them the best and TY.“
“Dr. Chelsea Frank has been so amazing in my treatments. It's hard to find a doctor that will truly listen to identify the type of pain you're having and a treatment plan to offset that pain. She checks all those boxes and more. The staff there are all smiles and make you feel as at home as possible“
“Indigo Physiotherapy has been *incredible* for my physical health during two dramatically different pregnancies. I found Indigo PT because I was explicitly looking for a practice that had a strong component of exercise/running knowledge AND a focus on pelvic floor health and women pre and postpartum.
Since finding Indigo, I've worked with Dr. Jana who is absolutely STELLAR. Her bedside manner is professional, kind, and non-judgmental. Her ability to take into account my past (even across 2 pregnancies) but adapt to new and shifting changes and issues I have is refreshing. I ran every day of my first pregnancy and felt supported and encouraged–which is not people's typical reaction to running through pregnancy. I also got back to running 8-weeks post-C section and suffered no major complications, because I was actively practicing PT and ensuring that my progress was not faster than my healing with support from Dr. Jana. In my second pregnancy I stopped running but then suffered major SI joint and other joint/ligament challenges which *only* found sustainable relief through PT with Dr Jana and supportive massage from Medina.
It's a shame that insurance policies don't cover pelvic floor health and support for pregnancy and postpartum, but many cover parts of it. If there's one place you invest your money in your health outside of your insurance plan, let it be Indigo PT.“
“My PT, Yves Joseph, has it all. . . extensive years of experience, depth of genuine understanding of his patient's individual needs and the highest of professional standards. His office at Cross Keys has a pleasant atmosphere. I always look forward to my visits.“
“PT is a necessary part of recovery, not fun. Dr. Erik makes the process of PT enjoyable with his friendly nature and genuine sense of humor. Sometimes it doesn't feel like work, but most of the time it does and Dr. Erik does a great job of blending the serious act of recovery with the needed motivations. Thank you!“
“The whole team is phenomenal. Always pleasant and helpful. Sydney always makes sure I’m doing the right things towards my recovery. I couldn’t be more grateful for all their hard work and dedication.“
“Chronic hip and leg pain did not respond to cortisone, leading to referral to GBMC physical therapy. Priya Joshi managed pain initially, improvised increasingly effective home exercises, and encouraged me to focus on long-term commitment to improvements (no quick fix expected).
I'm on my way now to daily improvements through an exercise routine suited not only to relieving hip and leg pain, but also to improve ongoing flexibility and strength.
I'm fully appreciative of her ability to grow trust and understanding of how therapy and a personalized exercise routine with patience can improve my fitness and enjoyment of life .“
“My experience with Hamilton Physical Therapy was incredible!!! My injuries in my neck were able to recover quickly thanks to the expertise and support from Hamilton Physical Therapy. The kindnes, patience, and guidance was top notch!“

“I am a patient at Agape Physical Therapy in White Marsh and have been getting help w/ my recovery from Rotator cuff repair and bicep tenodesis surgery. I came in with substantial limited range of motion and atrophy. After a few weeks of work w/ Agape’s physical therapy team, I feel proud of how far I’ve come and in much better physical and resultingly, emotional condition ?. The Agape team in White Marsh is very knowledgeable, personable, and prescriptive in their recovery plan. Their staff is super friendly, and approachable. I enjoy my time there not only because of the successes physically I have been able to achieve through their guidance, but also because they are wonderful people! I highly recommend Agape Physical Therapy in White Marsh to anyone seeking help to overcome a physical hurdle no matter your age!“

“I can't thank Henry and Stephanie enough. I came in with radiating pain in my leg with 3 goals: to be able to watch/play/carry my grandkids, to be able to work in my yard, and to avoid back surgery. They patiently worked with me to increase my core strength, improve my posture and develop good lifting technique. It will never be perfect because the underlying problem is still there, but I am able to carry 30 pounds of granddaughter, crawl on the floor with a 9 month old, and garden for 10 hours over 2 days. All wins and I know I don't express it adequately enough to them, but they and the entire staff were wonderful.“
“When I called Gold Medal to make my first appointment, I thought I would have to wait for at least two weeks. To my surprise, I was given an appointment the next day. Gold Medal is also very accommodating when it comes to changing appointment dates. The therapists are knowledgeable and answer my questions about concerns that I might have. The leg massages, leg stretches and various exercises are helping me with my walking. The Gold Medal facility is clean with appropriate workout equipment. I like the separate rooms with doors instead of curtains. I highly recommend calling Gold Medal Physical Therapy.“
“Love this place! Doc takes his time to explain everything and I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. Everyone is so professional and I highly recommend this practice for all your Chiropractic needs! 10 stars!“
“They do a great job. The dry needling might be a little uncomfortable but keep up the good work Stacy.“
“Seriously, we need to anoint Dr. Angie DeBorja as the patron saint of physical therapy. Over the past year-ish, I've had chronic back pain with unpredictable flareups. I had gone to two doctors and traditional PT all to still have a debilitating flareup afterwards. I went to Dr. Angie pretty desperate and trying to figure out next steps. From day one, her approach was very inviting, and a couple of weeks later, the pain has significantly gone down and i feel like I have the right tools/techniques to continue using in the future. Coming here is one of the best health investments of my life and highly recommend you go to this practice. Additionally, the one-on-one therapy is such a game changer and i appreciate that greatly.“
“I'm surprised how much pain I had in two days. I've seen the change.I recommend them“
“Before coming to Pelvic Pride I had never heard of pelvic floor therapy. I was surprisingly amazed at how much I needed this and have been so grateful to find Pelvic Pride. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Marlena talked me through each and every step during my session. She listened to all of my concerns and helped cater a plan of care to my specific needs. I have learned many skills and techniques that I use on a daily basis. Thank you Pelvic Pride for offering such a unique service for us all!“
“I went here about a year and a half ago. Adrienne was able to really straighten out a lot of issues i had with my lower back and legs. I'm not in constant pain anymore, thank you, mind body!“
“Im really grateful to the amount of care that they have shown to my mother. Thanks to them, my mother is doing really well with her back now.“
“The Physical Therapy First was the wonderful place to make my pain almost go away. Please go there and be pain free.“

“This office has been exceptional. As a plumber, I frequently injure myself, and Dr. Adam always accommodates me when I need care. Liz is always available to answer my calls and schedule my appointments promptly.“
“I came here for physical therapy and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Yalich Clinic, everyone is so helpful and so kind, from the front desk staff, to the assistants, to their wonderful physical therapist, Dr. Kristie! My ankle sprain took much longer than average to get back to baseline due to my hyper mobility and Dr. Kristie tirelessly worked with me to strengthen my ankle and facilitate healing. She didn’t just do her job well, she went above and beyond and taught me a plethora of ways to keep my body’s balance and build muscle to help prevent future injuries, not only for my sprained ankle but for other previous issues that were still having an effect on my overall health. I never had a physical therapy session that was mediocre or that felt like torture! (Apparently some people think PT is just that, torture.) The first thing that was addressed at each session was how I was feeling, which informed what we would do that day, massage, exercises, TENS unit stim, ice. She always challenged me to get stronger while never pushing me too hard. I can’t thank her and the entire clinic enough! Hopefully I don’t injure myself again, but if I do I’m coming right back here.“
“Soooo when I first got into my accident , the kindest person called me. (The receptionist to set my appointment. When I got there I was greeted by a really nice doctor. He explained my treatment plan and so far so good . Im feeling a lot better. His name is Dr Byrd. He is very understanding and you can tell him where you pain is and he will fix it for you. At first I was afraid to let him crack my necks and back but he was gentle and talked me through. His voice is very subtle and it soothed me into trusting him with my neck. ??? But I’m still in treatment and I love this place especially Dr Byrd . I’ll do a after review as well . But my nickname for him is BODY GOD ! Ialways feel great when I leave . To be continued …… “
