“I was so stressed after the rains we were having at the beginning of the year. I was noticing brown spots on my bedroom ceiling, as well as around the skylight in the bathroom. I already knew that was an indication of a water leak somewhere, and if not taken care of could lead to bigger issues. After research on Nextdoor app, I ran across this Harriss Roofing. I gave them a call and explained my issue. The women receptionist /office manager was super helpful with walking me through the process of what to expect being a first time homebuyer and this being my first major repair on my home. OMG I cannot be happier with the service that Harriss & Co., LLC provided. They came out Jan 26, 2024 to give me and roof estimate for roof repairs and re-coating of upper main and lower front porch roof. Mr. Harriss came out and took pictures of my roof and told me all of the issues with the roof. He gave an estimate with and without the replacement of the bathroom skylight. The price was very affordable and better then the 1st estimate I received. The repair took 1 day , he brought a 4 man crew started at 8am, entire roof was completed before 1pm. After the work was completed i got roof before and after photos. You can clearly see based off the pictures why I was having leaks. Im very pleased with the after results and the professional service i recieved with this company, highly recommend service.“

“I recently inquired of Remodeling MD about the possible need for a new roof. A representative of the company came out and inspected my roof and determined that the issue was not the roofing but rather 4 pipe collars had dry rotted and were cracked and leaking. They quickly replaced the pipe collars and made a minor repair of the flashing around the fireplace. They did excellent work and were honest and fair. “I've shopped around for a company to build my deck and patio for over a year and I have to say Maryland Deck Builders was the right company for the job. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.
Nelson was also very reasonable when we had to make some adjustments and wasn't focused on nickel-and-diming
us but rather making sure we were satisfied with the project.

“My next door neighbor and I had our roof done by Aero Roofing 8 and a half years ago. We started getting leaks a few months ago causing damage to both bedrooms. The owner TJ came out and discovered that a neighbor on the other side had his roof done by inexperienced contractors and they did not seal their overlapping shingles causing our problems. “Our 67 year old house had the original slate roof. Over the last few years we developed a small leak that was not corrected by replacing a few suspect slates. Roland Slate advised removing the entire roof on the back of our house and only replacing damaged slates on the front. They also replaced all the flashing and tuck pointed the chimney. Their crew was wonderful to work with. They cleared away the debris each night, and finished the job in one week. We highly recommend them.“

“First off, we were referred to Charis from a friend that recommended we use them. They said their Aunt used them and she was very particular about her property (normally will find anything and everything to complain about). Their Aunt raved about the amazing job Charis did on her roof. So we got a quote from Charis (and 3 other roofing companies that were recommended).Charis did an amazing job with our roof (Back when we lived off Tick Neck near Edwin Raynor). They replaced the needed wood panels, installed architect rated shingles, and even fixed issues with our gutters (without charging for the gutters they installed newer angled nails rather than re-seating the older straight nail system that was failing). They were very professional, had great attention to detail, and they were much better priced than any other company we got quotes from. We didn't find a single nail or piece of shingle on the ground around the house after they were done.
