Affordable, prompt and professional! I tried to clean my own rug after watching a couple of youtube videos, and I made a small stain ten times worse. My living room rug went from a bright white to nice mix of yellow, green, blue and black. Not to mention, the stain went from being in one place on the rug to several places --it was a DIY disaster and 100% my fault. It's safe to say that, "leave it to the professionals" applied here. A quick google search later, I called Briggs Floor Care and they took care of it the same day. The gentlemen that came to my house were courteous and very prompt.
