The staff is very professional and personable. The technician did a great job. He took his time help move some furniture for me and I’m very very pleased with the outcome. The carpeting only took about an hour to dry no harsh chemical smells like I used to get with Stanley steamer that did a horrible job I highly recommend this company.
Josh did an amazing job on the carpet and sectional and the price was just as amazing!!!
Josh just left our home (5/10/23) after cleaning our carpets in preparations for us to begin selling our home. Josh was on time, kind, respectful and very knowledgeable and let us know what products he was using. Josh was able to clean our ottoman after numerous failed attempts of me cleaning it and I told him, I don’t know if you’re going to be able to get this out, without leaving watermarks like it’s done me” but Josh said “nope I’ll get it out” and that he did! I will be using Josh for all of our cleaning needs in the future. Thank you for restoring our carpets and ottoman back to its original state! -Shannon
