Queen electric was recently assigned by my home warranty Co to resolve outlets issue in our garage. Joe provided smooth experience during the scheduling stage for electrician to be despatched.
JR and his crew arrived on time and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. JR also took the time to educate me on what was fixed.
The next day our thermostat had lost power, I called Joe and voiced my concern that the thermostat power may had been related to the garage outlets issue.
Joe Dispatched JR and his crew the same day. Again, JR was able to locate and fix the issue with the thermostat.
The technicians who came to our residence today were early(loved that), respectful of our home (loved that), and explained everything to me along the way (and even circled back and put it in terms that made sense), and of course they fixed the issue same day(thank GOD)!

Last week The technicians were able to diagnose that the issue wasn’t electrical. It was a faulty sump that was installed a year ago. This could have been a big fire hazard. Thank you again Queen Electric.
