I really wanted to enjoy my experience but unfortunately I went and left without my taxes being done✅: the ambiance is beautiful and Hope’s personality is nice, Resturant across the hall for passing by the time for waiting?: You fill out your tax info in a lounge area with people sitting close by, I arrived 10 mins to my appointment (app for 1pm) and even after 40 mins I still wasn’t seen, after coming back from getting food she claimed “she was waiting for me” but when I came to the back room a lady that was before me and still I completed expressed her frustration that “no, she’s not waiting until after I finished”~ I expressed my concerns of waiting...read full review
