I would gate keep but... This is a fairly decent nail salon. Definitely schedule an appointment if you can. The receptionist keeps the place in decent flow so appointments don’t often overlap when she is there. Most techs are good but you may have to find a good fit for your needs. I have felt like they rushed if appointments get backed up but that has been the exception not the rule.

Stylist: I’m new in the area and was referred to patronize Candy and She was the SWEETEST, NEATEST Nail Tech that I’ve experienced as of Yet in the DMV. She gave ME EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR and Her ENGLISH was better than MOST. I will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING, the PRICING was also AFFORDABLE. 10 stars for Candy ?

Overall customer service is good. I’ve been coming to Aqua for about 2 months no major issues except they don’t obey by appointments I made an appointment with Sophie for 12:30 received confirmation all of that I get there and I’m being told I have to wait 20-30 additional minutes due to Sophie taking a walk in. Why have customers make an appointment ? if you are not going to follow the timeframe. Very disappointed
