Mike from ARHT and the entire team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We have an older home that we are renting and a new roof was imperative. With the fluctuating temps and weather in MD, you can only guess the wear on the old roof and the declining insulation of the skylight windows. The consultation and contract process between us, our landlord and with Mike, was thorough and not rushed. With multiple parties involved, not a line of communication was missed; a timeline, cosmetic options for the shingles/new windows, pricing options (went through insurance), and scheduling was completed without any problems.
