“I had a leak in my upstairs toilet that was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. I had originally called Roto Rooter to come fix it, but they said they couldn't send someone out until 4 days later! So I decided to give the local guys a try. I gave them a call and told them my issue. They were currently out on a service call, but took down my information and said they would give me a call once they returned from the service call and come to my house. Once they got to my house, they were very polite and both guys made sure to have their face masks on. It only took them about an hour to fix the leak and replace some old valves with new ones and it cost me less money than what Roto Rooter was gonna charge me, so that was a plus! I must say, I was very pleased with their service and they will be my go to guys whenever I have any plumbing issues.“
“Emergency! Emergency!
I was about to put a house up for sale. The day before it listed, the septic needed pumping. It was 330 in the afternoon when I called Burns. They sent someone within the hour.
A follow-up letter came in the mail a short time later, with info and tips on septic systems.
Good group as I see them and from the word on the street.“
“Plumber was friendly, neat and efficient. He bought the toilet from Lowe’s and installed it. He also went into crawl space three times to install a shut off valve and a new outdoor spigot. Roto Rooter has experienced plumbers that get it right the first time.“
