We've been taking our kiddos to Bay Pediatrics since birth. We transferred here for convenience, since we have been living in Denton for a few years. Biggest mistake. I completed 4 lengthy applications, only for them not to check and ask me to refill them again the day of one of our appointments. Dr. Harvey, who seemed pretty inexperienced and just joined earlier this year and is leaving by New Year's, did not mention anything about being charged differently because of their ineffectiveness in retrieving the correct records for our kids. would give 0 stars if i could. don’t bother trying to get an appointment cause they’ll either schedule you out months in advance and/or cancel your appointment the same day. my partner had an appointment at 10:00 am, and got a text at 9:00 am saying it was cancelled for no reason. i myself went last week for a sick appointment in which they told me i was never even on the schedule (when i called 2 days before to make an emergency appointment). and if you call and get Evie on the phone, she’s the absolute worst. she’s rude, demanding, and does not care about patient care at all. don’t even know why she works there if she hates her job so much. i’ve been having...read full review

Won’t ever answer the phone, call back service doesn’t work, prescribers don’t refill prescriptions in time even through portal.I’ve had non stop issues with 3 of their locations. Update: it’s now been 1 week since I requested a refill. Nobody has called, responded in the portal, NOTHING!
