A THOUSAND dollars to clear a clog in my mom's septic line? WAY overcharged my elderly mother for a service that I could have done myself in 2 hours with parts from Lowes. She was totally overcharged and taken advantage of. I'm sick to my stomach about what they charged her. I even located the clog for them and dug up the pipe and they still charged her $1,000. I wish I had just fixed it for her.

Do not trust Black Diamond Plumbing in Denton MD! We were completely ripped off by this company! They told us that they were the cheapest plumbing company around, & said "trust us". Well please don't be fooled like we were & make sure you shop around 1st. They took it upon themselves to order the most expensive parts to do the job w/ out even notifying us before hand, btw we didn't have expensive parts to begin w/ but for some reason they thought they were doing us a favor???? Why didn't they ask 1st?????? We would have never have approved such parts to begin with but we were never given any options, what a scam! We were also overcharged... read full review
