Recently, our 1-year old Hayward pool pump broke. The Hayward company referred to Scott, the owner of the Aloha Pool, as their service rep in my area. When I called Scott for the problem, he was very responsive and came out to my house on the very same day although it was late afternoon. It took over 10 days to get the new pump part and we were very concerned about the pool without a running pump in hot days. However, as soon as the pump parts arrived at his store, Scott called me immediately, came to our house and installed the parts. There was no delay whatsoever - what a great service!
