“I've been waiting to write this review to give a correct review of my upgraded unit. I got my unit installed almost a year ago and after going through that stretch of hot weather in July and that brutal cold we had around Christmas, this new Amana unit made a hugh difference compared to my old, builder grade unit. One thing I noticed during the summer was that this unit did a great job of keeping the air crisp and cool. During the winter I didn't find myself having to grab a extra layer of clothing as this unit kept the house very warm. “Rowan is a unique HVAC company in part because they fabricate duct work in-house. When I needed to replace all of the existing attic ducting in my older home, they did a great job making and installing all new insulated ducting and installed new Bosch heat pump systems at the same time. Pricing is appropriate for the quality of their work. Highly recommend, hard to find companies that install duct work anymore or care about proper installation of systems.“
