Contractor did not lay down any floor coverage, and tracked debris all over my house, particularly in my bathroom where he was fixing a leaky faucet. In fact, I had to clean dirty handprints off the walls of the tub as well as the dirt left in the tub. Also, in 3 visits, the contractor was on time just once. Last, the contractor had to correct his work in the bathroom and no apology extended from either contractor or owner. Would not recommend this company.
The owner Jack Pumphrey is a racist. I have a mutual friend with the owner. my friend shared an "All Lives Matter" meme. Jack commented on said post and suggested people should "start shooting to kill the maggots burning and destroying our country". Direct quote - his words. I believe everyone should know. Watch the video in the comments. It's screen recording the post and Jack's comment. BLACK LIVES MATTER!
Called them on 04/29, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We were told the plumber will wear a mask and keep his distance. The plumber showed up without a mask and was not really staying back. We notified the company and they flat out denied it, saying the plumber did wear a mask. I had never encountered such dishonesty in a business before. Stay away from them at least for the duration of the pandemic if your family's health is important to you, because it clearly isn't for this company.
