“We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. HEMAX offered a reasonable proposal for clearing several above ground stumps and the overgrown vegetation’s underground roots, scraping and regrading the sloped topography to flatten but maintain proper drainage, and installing new fescue sodding of our large side yard. Despite a couple customer increased-scope change orders, the project manager, Henry, patiently and expeditiously provided expert advice for accomplishing the desired result and submitted reasonable invoice updates. Once the 2-day project began, Henry, the work crew, and required equipment started on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of the day’s work.
